Shane Stapleton was at Croke Park to see the clash of Dublin and Galway, as the Dubs pulled off a sensational win.
Dublin 1-18 Galway 1-14
Dublin shocked the hurling world with a four-point Leinster SHC semi-final win over Galway at Croke Park.
Chris Crummey scored a key goal in the 51st minute to cancel out a three-pointer from Conor Whelan, as the Dubs led from start to finish.
Joe Canning was attempting to break the championship scoring record but 11 missed chances over the 70 minutes scuppered his chances.
Mattie Kenny’s Dublin side may have had an indifferent league, but they now head to their first Leinster final since 2014.
