Kiladangan take top billing in our review of the weekend after their sensational Tipperary county title win over Loughmore-Castleiney.
Bryan McLoughney was the hero with a last-gasp goal after their opponents looked to have won the game with a ’65 from John McGrath.
Then came history, with equal measures of agony and ecstasy for the two sides.
GOOOOOOAL!! Bryan McLoughney secures county title for @KildanganGAA with an exceptional goal! pic.twitter.com/ZorNyNPpJE— The GAA (@officialgaa) September 20, 2020
Na Piarsaigh and Cuala are back on top in Limerick and Dublin respectively, while John Meyler led Kilmoyley to glory in Kerry.
Turloughmore are through to the Galway final for the first time in 30 years after victory over Loughrea, but they must wait to see who wins the postponed clash of St Thomas’ and Cappataggle next weekend.
There will be a replay in the Down final as Ballycran and Portaferry couldn’t be separated by 80 minutes of hurling.
