Shane Stapleton and Mac Dara Mac Donncha were in Thurles to see a classic Munster clash between Limerick and Tipperary.
Long-time TG4 commentator Mac Donncha gave his thoughts on the 0-25 apiece draw, and some of the performances of key players.
The duo looked at the marking job of Dan McCormack on Gearoid Hegarty, the class of young Cathal O’Neill, Aaron Gillane’s battle with Michael Breen, and the threat of Jake Morris.
They also looked at Clare’s one-point win over Cork in Ennis, and how the Rebels now need to get a result at the Gaelic Grounds against Limerick.
Mac Donncha is based in Waterford and also gave his take on the Deise, who are already eliminated heading into their last game against the Premier.

John Kiely knows his team are not performing at their optimum just now, but their fates remains in their own hands heading into the Cork bout.
Having beaten Waterford and lost to Clare, the Treaty showed great fight to keep themselves in the hunt against a ravenous Tipp side.
“I thought the performance was another incremental improvement on the last day, which was another incremental improvement again on the previous day,” says Kiely.
“Our trajectory is in the right direction.
“We have had three really good performances on an improving scale.”
